Foreword
The Agent Academy Second Technical Meeting took place
in Ankara, Turkey, at the facilities of SRDC - METU, on the 27th and 28th
of May, 2002.
Contact persons as well as technical personnel from most of the companies
and universities attended the meeting. To be more precise, people that
attended the second technical meeting were bunched up into the following
